About the Mediator
With over twenty-five years of corporate experience in hiring, management, and business-to-business contract negotiation, I bring a deep understanding of people, communication, and conflict resolution to my mediation practice. My professional background has taught me how to listen carefully, stay neutral, and guide others through tough decisions—skills that translate seamlessly into the world of mediation.
This knowledge complements my work as a nationally certified mediator and proud member of both the National Association of Certified Mediators and the Washington Mediation Association. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach to resolving conflict. As a graduate of the Certified Senior Adviser course, and a volunteer, certified long term care ombudsman for Washington State, I bring a deep understanding of the unique circumstances involved in elder care and finances. Whether you're navigating a family dispute, going through a divorce, or facing complex elder care decisions, I create a respectful, supportive environment where every voice is heard and real, lasting solutions can be found.
